Alexis and his family are both locals and have beenin the area for several generations. The only time Alexis went out of town was for a school trip.

Then he'll know the place like the back of his hand.

Only most of it, there were obviously some parts were he wasn't supposed to go and some parts nobody sane would go I suppose. But yeah he knows his way in the good parts of the town and where the bad parts are.

The only bad bits are the few blocks that Grendel controls. Only him and his gang lives there (used to be quite large, now only thirteen as about over twenty were slain by the Brock siblings). The population of the town is barely over three thousand by the way with any metahumans usually getting killed by Grendel as he sees them as rivals. Honestly, Grendel has only recently decided to get some metahuman muscle (he used to fear them taking over) due to David being strong enough to fend him off.

When you say slain, do you mean killed or otherwise removed?

What do you mean 'slain'? A pair of newly manifestated metahumans, one a god tier and the other apex tier with no controls, isn't a pretty to be around. The Brocks pretty much killed two thirds of Grendel's gang that night.
By the way, Grendel likes to kill his opponents unless they are attractive females (he is a monster in both mind and body).

Ok, good to know. I get that generally speaking, trigger events aren't pretty nor nice things and can get out of control, but killing 20 gangsters and a metahuman brawl is going to attract some serious attention. If I may make a plot suggestion (just to give you some ideas), maybe the UH can dispatch a hero or two to check up on Einn's Burrow and make sure everything's ok. My character is done, I'm just fine tuning some things. (Little teaser here: his codename is Paladin).

I was actually already planning to have checking out the Brocks as the reason any heroes would be in Einn's Burrow while being hired by Grendel would have been the reason for villains to be in Einn's Burrow. Looking forward to seeing your character and his powers.

Should I describe the different contrivances Alexis has made up to now? It would probably be better not to surprise the GM in the middle of a session... It's not like Alexis is going to pull is inventions out of nowhere.

I'd do it. If nothing else, you should just send oshha a message with the list.

AceOfSpade Send me private message containing them if you want to keep them secret until you use them. If you don't mind other players knowing what they are, feel free to post it, but as long as GM (me) knows, it doesn't really matter.

mandragons Will your character be the hero that is being sent to investigate the Brocks? Or will I have to come up with one? AceOfSpade How will White Kitsune meet the Brocks and Paladin? (Since we only seem to have two players as the moment, I'm going to include the Brocks as pesudo-player characters. David was meant to be mine before I became GM)

He would probably try to talk with the Brocks if he crossed path with them during a patrol, after all lke you said Gendrel is the biggest threat around, only thing he'd be able to do alone would be taking his henchmen out, and after that he would probably jump near the top of Gendrel list while being a far more easy target than the Brocks, so yeah, he'd try to recruit them or at least get to know them so he has potential backup if shit hit the fan.
I don't know about Paladin but if he's public then White Kitsune would try to meet him too.

David might approach White Kitsune. David might be a deranged metahuman that solely focuses on protecting his love ones, but that doesn't mean he is dumb without the ability to plan long-term.
